Please fill out this form to sign up for the Faith Church "Ready Aim Event".
The event is on May 19th and we need your form turned in by May 6th.
Address of the farm we'll be shooting at is 3066 snake lick Rd, Berry, KY.
This is more than just a shooting day but a family fun grill-out at the farm, with picnic games and great fellowship!
If you would like pay for your ammunition online, please select the number of magazines you'd like to purchase. If you want to pay CASH or do not want to shoot, please still fill out the first part of the form and leave the ammo questions at $0 (if you are paying in cash, we do still need your ammo order by May 6th).
